SUBJECT:	Memorial University’s Department of Housing, Food and Conference Services moving temporarily

On Monday, May 28, the Department of Housing, Food and Conference Services (HFCS) on Memorial’s St. John’s campus will relocate temporarily to Coughlan House residence in Paton College.

During the week of May 28 - June1, HFCS will have limited general office/counter service on the third floor of the University Centre (UC-3006, next to Answers). Staff will have limited access to voicemail and email.

Beginning Monday, June 4, the HFCS main office will be located at 1031 Coughlan House. Summer accommodations will be operating from the first floor of Rothermere House. Telephone numbers and email addresses for HFCS staff and inquiries will remain the same.

The move is taking place to allow renovations to Hatcher House, which is next on the list of the Paton College renovation on the St. John’s campus. HFCS is expected to remain it its temporary location for about a year.
