News Releases
REF NO.: 225
| SUBJECT: | Update regarding Canada Post strike | |
| DATE: | June 15, 2011 | |
Distance Education, Learning and Teaching Support (DELTS) would like to advise students that we are taking every possible action to minimize the impacts of disrupted postal services. Wherever possible, students should use the assignment Dropbox in Memorial's Learning Management System (Desire2Learn) to submit assignments to instructors.
For information on how to use the Dropbox, please view the tutorial called Using the Dropbox available on the website. Please contact your instructor or visit your course website to determine if this option is available to you. If you are in the St. John's area, you may drop off your assignments at the Distribution Centre (ED-1033) in the G.A. Hickman (Education) building.
Exams will continue to take place as scheduled. Please visit Memorial Self-Service and Desire2Learn to obtain your exam schedule.
If you have any other questions concerning how you may be affected by this disruption in mail services, please contact us at 864-8700 or 1-866-435-1396 (outside St. John's).
