The Memorial Toastmasters Club are hosting Toronto-based, Clint Cora, on Wednesday, June 17 at 7 p.m. in the Inco Innovation Centre lecture theatre. His presentation takes place in room IIC-2001.
In his presentation, Cora will take the audience on his journey from personal tragedy to world champion, while inspiring others to overcome challenges, achieve goals and reach for new heights of success.
An MBA graduate, Cora had successful careers in the high tech and pharmaceutical industries before turning his hand to writing. Clint became author of How to get a Dream Job in Pharmaceutical Sales – Direct Inside Advice and Guidance From a Sales Manager before writing The Life Champion in You, based on his life experiences. Cora now motivates audiences as an inspirational speaker.
Memorial Toastmasters Club welcomes Memorial students, as well as the general public, in building public speaking and leadership skills through the successful Toastmasters International program. The Memorial Club meets Wednesdays (bi-weekly during July and August) in the Inco Innovation Centre board room, IIC-2014 from 7-9 p.m. Parking is available at no charge in area 18, located behind of the QEII library.
