SUBJECT:	Memorial University co-sponsors teacher recruitment fair

Media are advised that Memorial University is hosting and co-sponsoring an annual teacher recruitment fair next Thursday, May 15, on its St. John’s campus.

It takes place in the atrium of the Inco Innovation Centre from 2-7 p.m.

The fair is an opportunity for graduating teachers and recent teacher graduates to meet with school district personnel in Newfoundland and Labrador to explore employment opportunities.

It is sponsored by Memorial, the Newfoundland and Labrador Teachers’ Association, the Department of Education and the province’s school districts.

Media are invited to send representatives to the event.
