Students entering Memorial for their first year this fall are invited to register for a four-day program that will give them a preview of academic expectations in university. A program called SPARC will introduce new students to campus resources, academic writing techniques and other new students.
The program runs Aug. 27-30 and costs just $25. The registration deadline is July 13; space is limited. To register for SPARC, contact the QE II Library at 737-7427.
