Panels secured, Westerland Road and Aquarena to re-open on Thursday morning |
The panels in the overhead walkway which links Memorial University's new
Field House to the Aquarena have been inspected and secured. Earlier today,
high winds had loosened a number of them and they fell into the Aquarena
parking lot.
As a precaution, Westerland Road will remain closed until Thursday morning.
The Aquarena will be open for its regular schedule starting at 6 a.m.
