Please be advised that due to unforeseen circumstances, Dr. Judith Dwarkin, senior vice president, Global Energy and Communications, Canadian Energy Research Institute (CERI) will not be delivering her lecture titled World Oil Markets: Economics, Politics and Prices on Thursday, Feb. 28, 2002.
