The D. F. Cook Recital Hall, noted for its impeccable acoustics, and the technologically spectacular Suncor Energy Hall, regularly offers public performances such as quartets, student recitals, invited guest performances, visiting faculty performances and evenings with the chamber choir and youth symphony orchestra.

The Great Hall at Queen’s College features exhibits of Newfoundland and Labrador archaeology and material culture artifacts. While there check out the First Space Art Gallery, in The Commons, featuring the work of graduates in the Fine Arts program at Memorial's Sir Wilfred Grenfell Campus.

Part of the provincial government’s Department of Business, Tourism, Culture and Rural Development, the Arts and Culture Centre can host over 1,000 people in its main theatre, and has reference libraries, art galleries and catering services. The Centre is also home to the A.C. Hunter Public Library.
