Memorial has numerous policies and procedures that outline the rights and responsibilities of students and employees. Policy formulation, development and dissemination is defined in the policy on Development, Approval and Administration of University Policies.

- Student Affairs and Services offers an overview of the policies that are relevant for students.
- The university's Calendar includes the General Academic Regulations that apply to students.
Administrative
- The Policies and Procedures Manual includes details on many of the university's administrative policies and procedures, including financial policies and procedures.
