Archive of Project Documents

Purpose

To ensure all project-related documentation and information is archived for future reference. 

Tasks

1. Once the project is closed, create a folder in \\voyager.wds.mun.ca\PMO$\Projects\Completed Projects. When creating the folder, include the year of project completion in the folder's name.

2. Put all project-related documentation and information in the folder, including:

  • Project Charter
  • Planning documents (schedule, budget, scope, etc.)
  • Status Reports
  • Meeting minutes
  • Emails
  • Presentations
  • Technical Documentation
  • Change documents
  • Issue documents
  • Risk documents
  • Etc.

3. Once the project-related documentation and information is in the folder, email itprojects@mun.ca so the project can be officially closed.
