Getting Connected to the Network and Internet:

Fixing Your Established Network Connection:

If your wireless network connection is not working properly:

  • Ensure wireless card is enabled. Some computers have a physical, hardware switch that activates the card, others use a software function key (Fn + wireless key).
  • Restart your computer.
  • If your network connection remains broken contact the Service Desk.

If your wired network connection is not working properly:

  • Ensure that the adaptor cord is plugged in securely from computer to either phone or wall plate socket properly.
  • Restart your computer.
  • If your network connection remains broken contact the Service Desk.
