Memorial has contracted FUEL Mobile to provide mobility management services to mobile users at the Marine Institute St. John’s and Grenfell campuses. Memorial’s mobility services are provided by Bell Mobility and managed by FUEL Mobile via telephone and email.
Please contact the ITS Service Desk for wireless or exchange email account usernames and/or passwords, contact FUEL Mobile for all other inquiries related to your mobile device.
FUEL Mobile services include:
- Procurement of mobility devices and accessories
- Assistance with mobile device setup and use
- Troubleshooting mobile device hardware and software
- Billing statements and inquiries
- Usage inquiries
- Plan recommendations
Devices in scope include: cellular phones, smart phones, sim cards, turbo sticks, modems, and pagers.
