Ordering a Device
To order a new mobility device, contact FUEL Mobile. FUEL Mobile can provide a list of supported devices, pricing, mobility plans and accessories and may also recommend devices based on your requirements.
Once you have chosen a device, mobility plan(s) and/or accessories, FUEL Mobile will request billing information and approval to proceed with the purchase from your department or faculty. Approval may be provided by a staff member who is authorized to approve mobility purchases within your unit. Devices and accessories will be shipped to the location that you specify.
Once you receive your new mobility device, contact FUEL Mobile to request that the device be activated. Ensure that you have your exchange email and wireless account credentials on hand if you require assistance setting up these accounts. Contact the ITS Service Desk at 864-4595 if you would like assistance creating a wireless or exchange email account, or if you have trouble obtaining your account credentials.
