Orientation events are prepared to provide information specific to student groups. Registration in advance is required for some events. Check below for details.

Orientation events for all new Memorial students

Orientation
Orientation for all students undergraduate/bachelor/certificate/graduate/master/Phd level and transfer students takes place only at the beginning of the Fall and Winter semesters. If you arrive in the Spring, you are can still attend the Fall orientation, but to get imporant information that will help you get orientated when you arrive, you should visit the ISA office to check in- information about this below.

Orientation events for international students

ISA Check-in
All international students must visit the International Student Advising when they arrive. Bring your passport and study permit to 1000A Corte Real (Building #40B). Our office is open Monday to Friday 9am-1pm, 2pm-5pm.New students are welcome to visit our office anytime we are open, however, you should allow for 30 minutes for your first visit.

Virtual Orientation
Join our Discussion Group and discover what awaits in each building on the St. John's campus. May 9, 2012, 4:00-5:00 p.m., ISA Social Room, 1000H Corte Real (Building #40B).

Welcome Event
A welcome event for new students and a welcome back for returning students. Details to follow- check back for updates or email ISA.

Ask for help from our volunteers
When you arrive, student volunteers will be at our office ready to assist you with the things you need to do. They will guide you around campus and to common stops for new students off campus.

Orientation for full-time Intensive English Program (ESL) students May 7 – 9 from 10-1 pm

Orientation will give you guidance, help you settle in
and give you the opportunity to make new friends.
