Online registration is now closed. You may register for the conference, as well as purchase evening meals, concert and excursion tickets, at the conference site only at the following times:

The conference manager, Maureen Houston, will be available at the registration desk on July 12 and 13. From July 14-19, she will be available at the Information Desk in the School of Music each day for a two-hour period (times to be posted). At other times, knowledgeable staff will be available at the same location.

If you have already registered online, please pick up your conference kit (including pre-ordered tickets, abstract booklets, etc.) at the registration desk, at the times and places indicated above.

ICTM MEMBERSHIP

Because ICTM membership will be checked at the registration desk, members are strongly advised to settle their membership status before travelling to St. John's. You may become a new member or renew your membership online, using a credit card, at the following website: www.ictmusic.org. There will be an ICTM desk for membership payments at the conference. To qualify for student membership, students must provide a valid document of identification.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Registration fees can be paid by Visa, MasterCard, Canadian Cheque, or Cash. All fees are in Canadian dollars (CDN$)

DAILY RATE

A Daily Rate of $60 will be available at the door to non-ICTM members. This rate includes access to sessions, workshops, breaks and late afternoon performances for the applicable day.

Registration and Event Details

Conference registrants will be entitled to attend sessions, coffee breaks, late afternoon performances and the welcome reception. They will also be provided with a conference kit.
Abstracts will be provided to delegates at the conference website well in advance of the conference, and in electronic format in the conference kit. If you wish to purchase a printed booklet version of the abstract for a fee of $8, please be sure to select this option when registering for the conference.
Early registration cut off was 15 April, 2011.
There are three additional evening performances of music and dance that are not included in the conference registration fee: Atlantic Roots/Routes, Indigenous Modernities, and Canada's Many Musical Voices. If you wish to attend any of these evening performances please be sure to select these when registering for the conference.
There are no ICTM performance events scheduled for Saturday, 16 July. Delegates are encouraged to enjoy events sponsored by the St. John's Jazz Festival.
HST (Harmonized Sales Tax) has already been included in conference registration fees, excursions, on-campus accommodation, evening meals, concert tickets and abstract booklet.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be received in writing on or before 1 June 2011.
An administrative fee of CDN $45 will be charged for cancellations received to this date. NOTE: After 1 June 2011, no refunds will be given.
