New employee orientation is an in-person session developed to welcome and support new employees as they transition to their new job.
The session will be offered in September, February and June of each year. Employees will learn about Memorial and have an opportunity to network with colleagues and senior university leaders. Steve Dodge, Director of Human Resources, will welcome employees and present HR101 - a must for all new employees!
The New Employee Success Program will provide all new employees with knowledge of Memorial's culture, organization, governance, key policies and procedures, benefits and perks, employee resources, services, and programs. This program will ensure new employees are well prepared to take on their new roles - a promising start to an excellent employment relationship. This blended certificate program includes in class sessions as well as online modules. Making the program flexible and engaging for all.
