Human Resources introduces Management Development Program

The target group is managerial employees on the Management and Professional Scale (Bands 8 to 12) looking to enhance their skills and who provide leadership and management to others.

The program will be offered from September 2013 to June 2014 and includes 11 distinct components including Transformational Leadership, Problem Solving and Decision Making, Mental Health First Aid, Diversity and more.
