The Supervisory Skills Development Program responds to the need for effective supervisory and management skills across all units within the university.
As part of the university’s commitment to employee development, the Department of Human Resources has developed this program to enhance the skills of front-line supervisors.
The program has been customized specifically for the university setting, and provides employees with an opportunity to learn with and from fellow employees.
This program provides participants from academic and administrative units a series of fifteen learning events from September to May. The program received an honourable mention at the CAUBO Quality and Productivity Awards in 2007.
