Brainy Bunch

The original Brady Bunch was a large blended family with a laugh track and a questionable group fashion sense. Our Brainy Bunch are a representative group of students from across disciplines and backgrounds who are making the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences their home while they discover themselves and what success means to them. Meet Andy Chen (international student from Belize - political science/law & society), Stephanie Tucker (St. John’s, NL - communications studies), Derek Whyte (Mississauga, Ontario - history/classics), Tyler Drake* (Lawn, NL - gender studies), Ian Anobis (St. John’s, NL – philosophy), Anne Major (lifelong learning, St. John’s, NL – French), Mark Brown (Marystown, NL – political science/French), Anita Kora (Nain, Labrador – archaeology). Click on each student's picture to hear their story!

A big thank you to our video producer, arts student Shannon Cymbaly.

* Tyler Drake has changed her name to Violet Valentine since the video was produced.
