Management Development Program
The goal of the Management and Development Program is to enhance the skills of managerial employees. This program provides participants with the opportunity to learn from colleagues and develop networks that are vital to success in a changing environment.
The Management Development Program includes eight distinct components, with seminars relating to legacy leadership, strategies for building a high performing team, conflict management, mental health first aid, diversity awareness and much more.
The target group for this program is managerial employees on the Management and Professional Scale (Bands 8-12) looking to enhance their skills and who provide leadership and management to others. Eligible participants are those who occupy such positions on a permanent, full-time basis and who are funded through operating budgets.
