Administrative Support Development Program
This program is for administrative employees and employees who work in positions where they provide administrative support. Participants learn from colleagues, develop networks, and focus on individual and professional development. The program consists of a blended learning format, including online and face-to-face facilitation. The program includes a series of seven different learning modules relating to understanding personalities, the role of an administrative professional, meeting minutes, time management, intergenerational and diversity awareness and more.
The target group for this program is administrative support professionals, who provide direct administrative support to deans/directors/department heads/managers and programs within Memorial. Eligible employees are those who occupy such a position on a permanent, full-time basis and who are funded through operating budgets.
