Pare Practice Sessions
Allied Health Services is pleased to offer PARE (Physical Abilities Requirement Evaluation) practice sessions. The PARE is a challenging job-related ability test designed to measure the essential physical capacities needed to perform satisfactory police work. It is used in the application process for the RCMP, RNC, NL Sheriff's Office and other law enforcement organizations.
Sessions are available to any individual wishing to practice the course and receive training on its various components from Certified Exercise Physiologists (CEPs). PARE practice sessions are especially useful to individuals applying to local law-enforcement agencies.
Our CEPs have undergone extensive training with a RCMP Division Fitness and Lifestyle Advisor to ensure that the delivery of testing and training meets RCMP standards.
