Webcasts will be delivered via Elluminate Live – a real-time Web conferencing application. To ask questions during the session, please use the messaging function provided in the Elluminate Live window. You will require speakers or a headset to hear audio in the session.
You should log into the site at least 5-10 minutes prior to the start of the session to allow for any required downloads.
Email: Use your own email address (it will not be shown during the session, saved or used for any other purpose)
Display Name: This is the name that will appear during the session. A common practice for our events are Your Name, Location.

Grainy/Greyscal Video Quality?
At the bottom of the video window, you may see a Video Quality pull down menu, that may be set to Course Grays by default - set this to Fine Color to improve the video quality. If the pull down menu isn't visible, look for the small button with two arrows - clicking this will show the quality menu.
Mac OS X 10.8.2
By default, Java is disabled on Macintosh computer running OS X 10.8.2 or newer. You will be prompted to install a Java runtime by your system - this is normal behaviour, and required to run the Elluminate Live applet.
