Charlie has a B.A. from Memorial University of Newfoundland. His responsabilities include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the cartography component of the Geographic Information Sciences Laboratory (GISciences), assisting faculty and students with their cartographic requirements. maintaining and supervising reprographic and digital production facilities. Charlie has over 25 years experience in the design of maps, as well as in digital and manual production methods.
