Monitoring Geography’s activities
The Geography Department has installed new LCD monitors on the second-floor of the Science Building. According to Ross Wilson, one screen is dedicated to weather data gathered by the Physics Department through a station on the Chemistry Building rooftop, while the other offers diverse information on geography courses, programs, research and events. Both are set into an aluminum case that was handcrafted in the Machine Shop at Technical Services, and mounted in a display case in a high traffic hallway.
