Strong showing at the
Royal St. Johnís Regatta
Memorialís womenís crew proudly placed third with a time of 5:42:59 in their race on Aug. 2. The crew from the Marine Institute captured second place with a time of 10:05:11
in the CBC Male Labour race. MI sponsored the team which consisted of students
from the Department of National Defense. Members included: Coxwain Carry Bourne,
Jory Brown (1st), Adam Choi (2nd), Jonathan Hawco-Mifflen (3rd), Trevor Flynn
(4th), Francois Lemieux (5th), and Chad Strickland (6th). Here they are on the

executive director of MI (far right, back row) and Jonathan Crowe, anchor of
