Hands-on experience

First-year student Vanessa Figuerona of Belize bonded with a jellyfish during a recent trip to Gros Morne National Park with a group of international students. The trip was organized by Grenfell College’s intercultural program co-ordinator, Amy Snook. Ms. Snook was employed during the summer to organize activities for international students, as well as develop an International Student Handbook, which will be used in future for all students originating from outside Canada.
