Not forgotten

It’s only two years ago that we made a forced landing in Newfoundland due to the terrible incidents in the US (Sept. 11, 2001). We often think back to this so unfortunate day for so many people and we feel fortunate that we made it home to Holland safely.

We even more often think back to the hospitality given to us by the Newfoundland people and especially to those from the Memorial University.

We will never ever forget the safe haven given to us in those very frightening hours.
