The university has engaged the services of RBR Development Associates Ltd. to provide interim advice, leadership, management and training for Alumni Affairs and Development. They are working with the Alumni Affairs staff to advance all programs of the department. RBR will focus on alumni affairs, fund-raising, and communications.

RBR bring a senior team of professionals to the assignment and will be on site for about three weeks per month while the search for a new director for the department gets under way.

RBR is one of Canada’s leading fund development consulting firms. They have specific experience with Memorial, most recently having completed a strategic review of Alumni Affairs in 2002.
