DR. JAMES P. FEEHAN, Economics and director of the J. R. Smallwood Foundation, presented a paper titled Public Infrastructure Support for Industry at the International Forum on Macro Issues, held at the Mitsubishi Research Institute, Tokyo, Japan, in February and organized by the Kansai Institute for Social and Economic Research. The paper was co-authored with Dr. Raymond Batina of Washington State University.
