The Paintings of John Hartman runs at the Art Gallery of Newfoundland

and the Great Northern Peninsula.

landscape paintings of Newfoundland and Georgian Bay are peopled
with quirkily drawn references to local history. Organized by
London Regional Art and Historical Museums.
The CANSCAIP Collection
is on display at the Art Gallery of Newfoundland and Labrador
until Jan. 7, 2001. Featuring the works by some of Canadas
best illustrators of childrens books, including this piece
by Barbara Spurll titled Ungulates Puzzle, from Chickadee magazine.
