Stefan Gibbons
Passed away suddenly on Wednesday, Nov. 22, 2000, Memorial student
Stefan Eldred Gibbons, age 20 years. Predeceased by his grandfather,
Eldred White and his uncle Louis Gibbons. Cherished son of Bill
and Daisy (nee White), beloved brother and best friend of Melanie.
Also leaving to mourn his loving grandparents, Dora White (Nan`s
boy) and Roy and Gladys Gibbons; also a large number of aunts,
uncles, cousins, friends, classmates and teammates; his lifelong
friends: Wayne and Karen, Wayne and Pat, Sib and Perfie. Funeral
Service was held at St. Philip`s Anglican Church Nov. 25, Donations
in his memory may be made to a charity of one`s choice.

Charles Campbell
Passed peacefully away in the presence of his loving family after
a long and courageous battle with cancer Dec. 1, 2000, at the
Palliative Care Unit, St. Clare`s Hospital, Richard Charles Campbell,
aged 80 years, a veteran of Second World War, Royal British Navy.
Retired in 1982 from his position as a laboratory animal technologist
at Memorial University. Predeceased by his wife Susan; brothers,
Robert, Reginald and Gus; sisters, Anne, Bernice and Lorraine.
Leaving to mourn, Yvonne and Richard Noseworthy, Sylvia and John
Malone, Heather and Albert Senior, Suzanne Campbell, Marjorie
Noseworthy, Rhonda Campbell and John Bennett, Renee and John
Norris, Dick Campbell and Kelly Pihach; 13 grandchildren, three
great-grandchildren, brother Gordon and June Campbell, sister
Joyce Wilson, sister-in-law Hazel Campbell, special niece Debbie
Noseworthy, and many other relatives and friends. Special thank
you to the staff of the Palliative Care Unit of St. Clare`s Hospital.
In lieu of flowers donations in his memory may be made to the
Newfoundland Cancer Treatment and Research Foundation or the
Kidney Foundation of Canada.
