GORD LOCKE, BA (Hons.) Philosophy, had an article titled Peirce's Metaphysics: Evolution, Synechism, and the Mathematical Conception of the Continuum, appeared in the Winter 2000 issue of the Transactions of the Charles S. Peirce Society. It was while attending Memorial that Mr. Locke wrote and submitted the essay and Memorial's name appears on the by-line. Mr. Locke is currently pursuing an MA at the University of Toronto.

DON NICHOL, English, published an article on John Wilkes and The New Foundling Hospital for Wit called Slander, Scandal and Satire, in the Times Literary Supplement (28 Jan. 2000), pp. 14-15.
