Learn how to use a "big picture" approach toward administrative decisions and find effective solutions to organizational and human resource problems in the workplace.

Problem Solving and Decision Making provides participants with both conceptual knowledge and hands-on experience in identifying, analyzing and solving management problems encountered in the workplace.  The seminar is highly interactive and collaborative, utilizing brief lectures, exercises, videos and case analysis.  Participants will be encouraged to learn from each other.

This is a core module in the Public Sector Leadership and Management Development Program.
