Leadership, Wellness, and Effective Organizations explores and defines the correlation between personal wellness, leadership performance and organizational effectiveness. Participants will first examine current research on leadership performance and organizational effectiveness. Participants will then engage in a highly interactive process of examining case studies, individual reflection and small group discussion. The process encourages consideration of the link between personal wellness and the participants leadership role in the public sector.
