Develop strategies to help foster a healthy and safe workplace, free from physical, emotional or psychological bullying, harassment, discrimination, and/or violence.  

Fostering a Respectful Workplace Culture  gives you the knowledge, strategies, scripts, and skill sets necessary to facilitate the transition to a more respectful workplace.  Participants will learn practical skills and techniques to bring to the workplace to help ensure a positive and professional working environment in which all people are treated with respect and dignity.  The seminar teaches a proactive approach to workplace respect and provides participants with an understanding how to take responsibility for their role in the process.  Details of the composition, role, and limitations of a respect and dignity team will also be discussed.  Participants will learn through interactive exercises and discussion of material presented by the instructor.
