Developing a Strategic Change Plan focuses on the successful management of change that is driven by growth, mergers, government legislation, or other driving forces.  A Change Model is explained to help participants understand the transition process and the implications for managers and leaders. 

Participants will learn the Strategic Management Change Process and engage in individual and group exercises to gain practical experience in managing the transition at each stage.  The seminar teaches participants how to assess the organization’s readiness for change, create a vision for strategic change, develop and prioritize change strategies and objectives, analyze risk, and overcome resistance.   The seminar also explores the concept of Values and Principles in an organization and teaches strategies for aligning the Strategic Change Plan with the organizations culture and objectives.
