Creating and Sustaining a Project Management Office (PMO) focuses on what makes a successful project management office and how to create the culture within the organization to support a consistent approach to managing projects.  The course teaches what documentation should be developed and maintained to ensure project monitoring and management.  Participants will learn how to develop a statement of purpose for the project management office and identify key roles and responsibilities.
