Digital and Social Media Understand how an effective digital and social media strategy contributes to overall business success, and know the tools and techniques to execute and measure your strategy deployment.

To date, over 800 participants have completed over 5000 modules at locations throughout North America. Our newly designed program has an intensified focus on strategy and tactics, and on helping organizations discover how to use digital and social media to enhance their goals and objectives.

The core of the Digital and Social Media Program (DSMP) are the three multi-day training seminars that are designed to provide attendees with the skills and ability to adress key areas of opportunities and needs within all types of organizations.

The following seminars can be completed in any order and participants can choose which seminars suit their needs.

Digital and Social Media Strategy and Tactics October 5-7, 2016

Digital Communication and Advertising November 15-17, 2016

Metrics, Measurement, and Analytics May 24-26, 2017

After the completion of each seminar you will recieve a certificate of completion, and after completing all three seminars you will receive a Certificate of Achievement in Digital and Social Media.

In addition to three seminars, the Digital and Social Media Program now features one-day seminars focused on providing training and guidance to particular industries and/or professions.
