Short-term Accommodations

Sabbatical Homes may assist faculty members on Sabbatical to rent their home during their leave. Faculty members may use this site to list their own home for rent.

Renting

Finding suitable rental accommodations may take some time depending on the time of year, rental preferences and area(s) in which you would like to rent.   Many rental properties require a lease of one year and do not include utilities (heat and light) in the monthly rent.

Service NL is also a great resource for renters providing information on rental agreements, residential tenancies, termination notices and frequently asked questions about renting accommodations in Newfoundland and Labrador.

Information on rental accommodations can also be obtained through real estate agents and local property management companies.
