Our Work Control Centre is your first contact for customer service, requests for maintenance and cleaning services, and reporting hazardous conditions on campus.

During Regular Working Hours (8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday)

Outside of Regular Working Hours, Weekends, and Holidays
If the issue is not urgent, please call during regular working hours.
If the issue is of an urgent nature, call 864-7600. You will reach staff at the Utilities Annex who will dispatch after hours staff if required.

Facilities Management Work Control Centre will not accept student housing related calls during regular working hours.
