Data Collection and Maintenance
- Collection and maintenance of space and personnel data is accomplished by the web-based Space Forms Application which provides Data Entry Option for updating content of the database for each Faculty or Department, and it is restricted with an ID and Password. It is the responsibility of administrative personnel in each Department/Faculty at Memorial University to provide space and personnel database changes and updates.
The space data includes room square footage corresponding to drawings maintained by Facilities Management and other data related to the function and type of room. Additional personnel database provides information about the space occupants.
- Content of the space database is used for various presentations, administrative applications, and reports for inter-institutional and system-wide or national surveys.
