Welcome to the Civil Engineering program. Check out our current student resources which will assist you in your academic planning. Access courses and instructors, your semester schedule, exam information, complementary studies and promotion averages and decisions.

In first year (Engineering One), you take a common program of mathematics, basic science (physics and chemistry) and engineering fundamentals. You have the opportunity of applying concepts and theories learned in the classroom in the real world as you embark on co-operative work terms giving you the equivalent of two years of real work experience prior to graduation.

There are several resources available to you. The Cahill Engineering One Help Centre for first-year students and Memorial’s Student Counseling Centre.

Memorial University encourages student leadership and innovation in engineering education through awards with various engineering societies. You can also get involved and connect with fellow students through undergraduate clubs and societies that complement your academic interests.

You've chosen wisely. The team focused approach of our professors, staff and students make Memorial University the natural place where people and ideas become.
