Memorial’s unique location on the edge of the North Atlantic works to your advantage. There’s no better place for you to study the engineering challenges that a harsh coastal environment creates or to learn first-hand how to design and operate offshore structures and materials for ocean and Arctic environments.

In addition to these specializations, you can choose from a variety of exciting research concentrations through our research-based (M.Eng, PhD) and course-based programs (Master of Applied Science in Environmental Systems Engineering and Management, MESEM).

Why choose Memorial? Well, for starters, our faculty advisors are exceptional and committed to making your years here memorable and rewarding. We’re also very proud of our innovative computing and research facilities.
