Alcohol Awareness Day
Memorial students can learn important information on how alcohol can affect their health and lives during the Alcohol Awareness Day occurring at MUN University from November 23rd in the University Centre, Room 3013.
Alcohol is a significant problem on many University campuses and it is important for students to know about the upcoming Alcohol Awareness Week.
As part of the program, students can complete a brief, written screening instrument, receive educational information and talk one on one with a counselling professional.
Free information designed to increase the student’s knowledge about alcohol use will be distributed.
All students completing a written screening instrument will have their names automatically entered into a drawing for a gift certificate from the MUN Bookstore, in addition to receiving a free gift.
