Consuming Cultures is a hands-on, fieldtrip-based exploration of food in England. It is comprised of four courses cross-listed between the Departments of Geography and Folklore. There are no prerequisites.

Two weeks of classes in St John's (also available to those outside St John's) followed by four weeks of fieldtrips in England.
