Are you doing something innovative in IT that you want to share with your colleagues? Do you have an idea you want to explore? Or maybe you’d like to discuss upcoming trends in IT? Submit a proposal for the 2017 Memorial IT Conference!
The conference committee is seeking proposals from IT service providers who are interested in making presentations, taking part in panel discussions or participating in poster sessions on the conference theme of Connect, Collaborate and Innovate.
Presentation session: Speakers and/or co-speakers will have 25 or 50 minutes to make a presentation. Speakers should be prepared to answer a few questions from the audience on their topic.
Panel discussion session: Panel sessions are 50 minutes. Panels should consist of 3-5 people. Panelists should be prepared to answer a few questions from the audience on their topic.
Poster session: Posters should provide an overview of an ongoing project or innovative idea, and include graphics or images. Poster presenters should be prepared to speak for a few minutes on their topic.
Proposal submissions will be accepted until March 3, 2017.
