Provided modern and workable infrastructures for teaching and working at the College of Labor and Social Affairs (COLSA): Social work (SW) books/library, teaching equipment and materials, classroom, working and living space for project staff.

Two CLSA teachers and two key staff from the Vietnam Women's Union have completed the Masters degree in Social Work (MSW) at the University of Regina (Saskatchewan, Canada) in August 2004 and returned to their posts in Vietnam.
2 first CLSA teachers (Lan & Loan) have completed MSW program in August 04 at the University of Regina and returned to Vietnam. Pictured with the Director and faculty of School of Social Work of University of Regina.
