About the simulation

The European Council simulation will take place through means of video confrencing between four locations:

• Memorial University of Newfoundland - St. John's, Newfoundland
• University of Limerick - Limerick, Ireland
• The University of Calgary - Calgary, Alberta
• The Robert Gorden University - Aberdeen, Scotland, United Kingdom

The program Microsoft Netmeeting will be used to facilitate this confrence. Each location will be equiped with a camera, a video capture device, and an audio hookup (microphone). A technical advisor will be present at each site to supervise the connection and deal with possible problems.

The technical components of the simulation will be coordinated by Brian Lake. Any questions of a technical nature may be sent to brianl@plato.ucs.mun.ca.

The simulation will have a duration of roughly 2 hours.
