During Phase Two, part of Area 30 will be closed for construction of the underground tunnel. During this time, some spaces in Area 29 will be reinstated for use of Area 30 permit holders.
Parking will remain available for Area 29 permits holders in the Area 27 - Parking Garage. During this time spaces in Area 29 will reopen, and Area 30 permits holders will be permitted to relocate to Area 29. Project Completion - To Be Determined
Upon completion of the project, some parking will be reinstated in Area 29, though a number of permit holders will be permanently moved. Area 30 will have some partial space loss during the project, with no long term parking loss.
- Will I need to pay more this year for my parking pass in this area? Area 29 and 30 permit holders will be honored in area 27, at no additional cost to employees for this 2017/2018 permit year.
- Will I need to pay more for this area in the spring when parking allocation is completed? Permit holders re-located to area 27 will be required to pay the full rate of area 27 in the 2018/2019 renewal period.
